Devon and Cornwall
Welcome to Devon and Cornwall Crimestoppers.
Devon and Cornwall Crimestoppers is dedicated to fighting crime across Devon and Cornwall.
Devon and Cornwall Crimestoppers works for you, your family and your community. Calling Crimestoppers is anonymous. We only want to know what you know about crime, not who you are.
We work on a number of campaigns across the region, to address crimes specific to your local areas. Recently, we've been doing presentations about Crimestoppers to schools suffering with high crime rates, combining this with introducing the children to their local heroes - the Plymouth Raiders basketball team!
Did you know...?
A recent survey in Totnes highlighted that 63% of under-20 year olds had not heard of Crimestoppers
We rely on the work of our very dedicated volunteers and the donations of local businesses to help make your communities across Devon and Cornwall safer. Together, we've seen some fantastic improvements. If you'd like to volunteer for Devon and Cornwall Crimestoppers, please fill out our Volunteer Enquiry Form.

Crimestoppers Survey in Totnes
We did a random street survey at the end of last year to find out how much the general public knew about Crimestoppers. 50% of respondents thought that Crimestoppers was part of the police, when in fact, we are an independent charity.
We've been promoting 'Tag on a tagger' across Devon and Cornwall to find criminals who have been spoiling their communities with graffiti. One of our Plymouth posters led to an individual admitting to over 40 offences.
Community and basketball in high-crime schools
Together with the Plymouth Raiders basketball team, we've been visiting high-crime schools to teach children about taking responsibility for their community. We've reached over 1,000 young people and seen a massive reduction in crime!
