Wales
Welcome to Wales/Cymru Crimestoppers.
Wales/Cymru Crimestoppers is dedicated to helping solve crimes and taking criminals off the streets across Wales.
Crimestoppers Wales/Cymru has reached new heights in the fight against crime. Since our launch in 1988, information we've received on our anonymous 0800 555 111 phone number has led to more than 5,000 arrests in Wales.
This milestone was achieved thanks to the support of not only members of the public, passing information about crime with the knowledge that Crimestoppers is anonymous, but also through the help of our partner agencies and the media who have shown endless support during this period.
Speaking recently, Deputy Chairman Stephen Cotterell praised the efforts of everyone, saying: "I look forward to more and more people calling the unit. These callers are the eyes and ears of our community, joining the police and ourselves in the fight against crime!"
