Hannah accused denies murder
[14 November 2008]
Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, 41, the man accused of murdering 17-year-old Hannah Foster, has told a jury he was kidnapped, bound and blindfolded and forced to have sex with her.
Kohli denies murder and claimed he was bundled into a car by three men on the night she disappeared in Southampton in 2003. Mr Kohli told jurors on Thursday he believed he was the victim of a conspiracy to frame him.
